Nurse Specialist in Primary Care

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled nurse to join our Primary Community Intermediate Care team. As a Nurse in Primary Community Intermediate Care, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care in our community settings.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals, develop your skills and expertise through our comprehensive training programs, and participate in ongoing professional development. You will also have access to our state-of-the-art facilities and resources, ensuring that you have everything you need to succeed in this role.
Salary: £32,000 - £43,041 per annum (dependent on experience).
Requirements:
- Degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with the NMC
- Good basic level of English language demonstrated through effective written and verbal communication skills
