About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our KFC team in Lisburn. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of restaurant staff to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Manage restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
