Finance Manager Opportunity

Tony Alan Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join a growing SME business based in the Brighton area on a 15-month contract. With the success of the business, it is highly likely the role will move onto a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts for projects
  • Manage day-to-day cash flow and ensure timely payments
  • Prepare and present complex financial data to stakeholders and directors
  • Oversee budgeting for projects and the business
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis
  • Ensure balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset register are up-to-date
  • File VAT and CIS returns
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships within the business
Requirements:
  • At least two years of post-qualification experience (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
  • Project accounting experience highly desirable
  • Proficient in Excel and able to analyze complex financial data
  • Available on short notice
