About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our market-leading counter-fraud team in Manchester or Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of litigated delegated and non-delegated motor fraud files, including slam on cases, staged accidents, low speed impacts, late notification, claims layering, and exaggerated cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a varied caseload of motor fraud files, including litigated delegated and non-delegated cases
  • Working closely with the team to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Providing expert advice on litigation, CPR Rules, and Court procedures
  • Developing and implementing strategies to prevent and detect fraud
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless case management
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience as an RTA Fraud handler
  • Sound knowledge of litigation, CPR Rules, and Court procedures
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
