XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Class 2 driver to join our team. As a driver with XPO, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday shift pattern with weekends off, providing a great work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hold a valid LGV C Licence and ADR qualification
  • Deliver roofing products in the south east of England, generally within the M25 area
  • Make kerbside deliveries to roofing merchants, such as Selcos, using FLT locations and tail lift deliveries via Powered Pallet Truck
  • Manual handling of loose roof trims from stillage on the bed of the vehicle
  • Adhere to all mandatory PPE requirements and ensure vehicles remain fully compliant and operate legally
  • Communicate proactively with customers and colleagues regarding delivery problems and ETAs
  • Capture e-POD for delivery on handheld devices

Requirements

  • Valid LGV C Licence
  • ADR qualification
  • Up-to-date CPC and DIGI card
  • No more than 6 points on your licence
  • No DD, DR, or IN endorsements on your licence
