As an experienced Account Director, you will own the management of the Account Management team, ensuring we build strategic partnerships with our social housing clients by offering a market-leading service proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop our Social Housing clients, identifying and delivering additional growth opportunities
  2. Lead, coach, and develop our Account Managers, ensuring we exceed customer expectations
  3. Drive a winning sales culture, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed our strategic priorities
  4. Be the key relationship holder with our Social Housing customers, ensuring we deliver against our agreed terms of business
  5. Build and maintain strong working relationships with our largest customers, attending industry events and providing thought leadership on key strategic topics
  6. Continually evaluate our existing and target customers to deliver profitable growth and meet our commercial goals
  7. Ensure the credibility and technical expertise of our Account Managers, making us the trusted partner for Social Housing Providers
