Quotation and Technical Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to transition into an office-based role as a Quotation and Technical Support Administrator. This exciting opportunity is with a local company that values expertise and customer satisfaction.

As a Quotation and Technical Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and processing quotes for clients
  • Reviewing technical specifications from engineers
  • Communicating with suppliers for pricing
  • Completing data entry, filing, and maintaining records of quotes, contracts, and documentation
  • Scheduling appointments, visits, and meetings for engineers
  • Offering technical support via phone or email, resolving customer issues
  • Assisting with planning by gathering technical information from site reports
  • Liaising with engineers and clients
  • Ensuring quotations comply with relevant safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

Personal Attributes:
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in the fire safety industry
  • Understanding of fire alarm systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office
