About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Nottingham Physio. As a Full Time Employed Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Management: Conduct thorough assessments of patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) problems, diagnose and manage conditions, and develop effective management plans.
  • Consultation and Communication: Consult with patients, establish rapid and accurate diagnoses, and interpret assessment findings to inform management plans.
  • Autonomous Practice: Work independently, without direct supervision, to manage your own caseload and make decisions within clearly defined operational policies and procedures.
  • Education and Training: Deliver programmes of supported patient self-management, including individualized Home Exercise Programs, to facilitate behavioral change and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Liaise regularly with the Director for Clinical Services and Practice Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Professional Development: Undertake ongoing professional development, including continuing professional development (CPD), to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience: Hold a BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree, be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and have proven experience working within an MSK Physiotherapy or similar environment.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Possess strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as high-level IT skills and a strong understanding of MSK physiotherapy principles and practices.
