Job Description Summary

Little Kickers is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced coach to join our team. As a Junior Football Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to children aged 2-8 years old.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.

A minimum of 1 year's experience working with children is preferred, but we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Lead Coach/Manager experience is advantageous, but not essential. A valid driver's license and own car would be beneficial for traveling to coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging coaching programs for young athletes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective coaching strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all participants
Benefits and Perks:

GBP11.00 - GBP16.00 per hour (dependent on age and experience)

Work Schedule:
  • Weekend morning hours only, all year round
  • Part-time, permanent role
