Job Title: Runner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Runner to join our team at Macellaio RC South Kensington. As a Runner, you will play a crucial role in facilitating collaboration between our kitchen and wait staff, ensuring seamless service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to floor staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Front of House and Back of House staff, communicating food orders and priorities to chefs.
  • Assist wait staff with table setting, fetching and placing tableware, eating utensils, and napkins.
  • Remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables.
