Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the on-site service team and subcontractors to ensure efficient and high-quality work delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics, scope of work, and customer expectations to drive commercial success.
  • Compile dimensional and service reports for office submission, providing valuable insights into field operations.
  • Promote a positive Health & Safety environment throughout all operations, adhering to industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales and customers to define and qualify work scopes, driving business growth.
  • Conduct site visits to assess work scope and requirements for accurate quotations, ensuring timely project progression.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in maintenance of rotating equipment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Education: HNC in engineering or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Skills: Strong technical ability in mechanical systems; experience with reciprocating compressors is beneficial.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Oil and Gas or other heavily regulated industries preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to build relationships within a small team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Fluent in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on-call, travel up to 80% both within the UK and offshore, and obtain offshore certification.
