The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality individualised care and treatment to patients with established renal failure within a safe and supportive environment.
Main Duties- Provide holistic care to patients undergoing Haemodialysis
- Promote self-care and empower patients to take control of their treatment
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Support the development of staff skills and knowledge to enhance patient care
