About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Dee Set. As a key member of our Retail Merchandising Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional visual merchandising standards across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise the Nutmeg clothing range to visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and engaging store environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement visually appealing store displays, including cosmetics, clip strips, and greetings cards.
  • Build and replenish display units, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Utilize your initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using your own smartphone or tablet for work purposes, including sending and receiving reports and photos.
  • Valid full driving license and access to your own vehicle (dependent on location).
