About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in South Belfast. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to maintain their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and daily living tasks to clients, as agreed with their families and healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is required, as we provide accredited training and ongoing development opportunities.
  • You must have an empathetic nature and be able to work effectively with clients and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • You must be a driver with access to a car, as you will be required to travel to clients' homes.
