We are seeking an experienced and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in maintaining the high standards of food quality and presentation.

Job Description
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning menus within cost targets and controlling food costs.
  • Ensure processes are in place to achieve high standards of cleanliness and consistently deliver excellent customer service.
  • Support the Head Chef in supervising the kitchen team and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Junior Sous Chef/Senior Chef de Partie within a quality hotel.
  • Able to lead and effectively supervise the kitchen team.
  • High standards of hygiene and Health & Safety controls.
  • Knowledge of computerised ordering systems.
Salary and Benefits
