Practice Based Educator Lead

Are you a Registered Nurse with experience in teaching and a passion for surgical training? We have a vacancy for a Practice Based Educator Lead to join our team at Wythenshawe Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to step outside of a ward/department-based role and contribute to the development of a strong and quality-focused workforce.
You will be responsible for providing clinically focused ward-based training, as well as contributing to the wider education programme. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and support nursing staff in their educational and professional development
- Contribute to the design and implementation of our education strategy
