Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced HSQE Director to join our dynamic team. As a trusted advisor to the Board, you'll ensure compliance with legal requirements and company-wide policies and procedures. Your expertise in ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001, as well as current legislation and best practices, will be invaluable in driving our sustainability initiatives forward.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HSQE strategies, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
• Drive continuous improvement, staying ahead of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Lead the HSQE team, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Represent the Board during audits and investigations, ensuring our reputation remains untarnished.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our Integrated Management System (IMS) is effective and compliant.

Requirements

• Minimum NVQ L6 (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety.
• CMIOSH and AIEMA certifications.
• Proven experience in HSQE, with a strong understanding of ISO standards and legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
