About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Festive Colleagues. As a Festive Colleague, you'll play a vital role in helping us deliver Christmas cheer to households across the nation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to our customers during the festive period.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Be at work on time, well-presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
What We Offer

As a Festive Colleague, you'll receive a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours if desired. You'll also receive a night premium of £2.30 per hour worked between midnight and 6am.
