Retirement Options Specialist
This role involves working with citizens to understand their pension options and providing guidance on how to make informed decisions about their retirement planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and a solid understanding of pensions' law and practice. You'll be expected to respond proactively to customer demand, working to agreed service delivery standards and ensuring that all work conforms to the Pension Wise quality standards.
In terms of qualifications, the company looks for candidates with PMI or CII qualifications (or equivalent) as well as proven IT skills. However, these are not essential requirements. The company offers comprehensive training, supervision, and support to help new employees develop their skills and knowledge.
The benefits package includes:
  • A competitive salary of £27,000 per annum.
