Job Summary:
Eaton Syalon Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations Management: Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Partner with the business to design and implement recruitment and onboarding processes that attract and retain top talent.
- HR Systems and Practices: Continuously improve HR systems and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Coordinate staff appraisals, reviews, and probation meetings to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations.
- Disciplinary and Grievance Processes: Support the business in managing disciplinary and grievance processes in a fair and consistent manner.
- Learning and Development: Collaborate with external training providers to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Information Systems: Maintain and update HR information systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Strategic HR Initiatives: Partner with the leadership team to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a standalone or small team environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
