Dynatrace Specialist

Are you passionate about monitoring and alerting systems?

We're seeking a highly skilled Dynatrace Specialist to join our team, who has a strong background in observability, specifically Cloud focused.

You'll play a key role in driving our tech modernisation agenda and enabling Lloyds Banking Group to become the biggest Fintech in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Use your diagnostic skills to analyse technical information from a range of sources, providing highly effective solutions and strategies for improving both service and processes in complex environments.
• Work closely with our teams to ensure our high standards, policies and service levels are adhered to through the installation and maintenance of products and services.
• Contribute to the analysis of application and performance, reviewing existing deployments and identifying gaps or improvements.
• Help evaluate, plan and lead on new Systems Management technologies and initiatives, ensuring that we're keeping our customer's interests at the heart of everything we do.
• Collaborate with colleagues to input into risk processes and conform with SOX and ITEC processes.
• Develop and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
