We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Horticulture Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the commercial horticulture sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development plans to drive growth and expansion
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve company objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role in a commercial horticulture setting
- Strong understanding of horticulture and its applications in a wholesale plant nursery environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
