Our client, an award-winning IFA, is seeking an experienced IFA Operations Assistant to join their team.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to support our financial planners and paraplanners in delivering exceptional client service. As an IFA Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for processing authority letters, gathering financial data for new clients and annual reviews, preparing application forms and client documentation, and providing administrative support as required.
Responsibilities
- Process authority letters and gather financial data for new clients and annual reviews
- Prepare application forms and client documentation
- Manage client correspondence and provide administrative support as required
- Support financial planners and paraplanners in delivering exceptional client service
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in administration within a financial planning company. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable with using different types of technology and systems, and have a strong understanding of financial transactions, including those related to investments, insurance policies, sales, fund switches, and withdrawals.
Salary and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 (based on a salary benchmark of c£25,000), plus benefits. The role involves working from home on Mondays and Fridays, with a hybrid schedule that balances flexibility with collaboration.
