**Supporting Students with Special Needs:** We are seeking a dedicated and caring teaching assistant to support a student with special needs.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 BSL qualification and be able to quickly build a rapport with the student.

The student requires lessons to be translated through BSL, and additional support to complete their work. As a BSL Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to the student, helping them to overcome any challenges they may face.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations. You will also require a TA qualification or equivalent, as well as resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

This is a long-term opportunity that will allow you to make a real difference in the life of the student. If you are a dedicated and caring individual who is passionate about education, we would love to hear from you.

**About the Role:** This is a long-term opportunity to work on a one-to-one basis with a student in class. The ideal candidate will be able to provide tailored support to meet the student's needs, including translating lessons through BSL.
