Job Title: Yard Operative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Yard Operative to join our client's team in Maldon. As a key member of the construction site team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the site and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading materials with precision and care
  • Organizing and stacking materials in a logical and accessible manner
  • Picking materials with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assisting with inventory checks and stock control to prevent errors and discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
