Outsourcing Assistant Manager

A leading accountancy firm is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Assistant Manager to join their team in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing client portfolios and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and oversee the delivery of high-quality statutory accounts.
- Plan, control, and supervise the work of junior team members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client work.
- Report directly to partners, directors, and senior managers, providing regular updates on client progress and team performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve client services and team performance.
- Relevant degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) or equivalent qualification by experience.
- Substantial experience in an accountancy firm, with a preference for those who have worked in business services or outsourcing roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK and International accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to engage in business development activities and contribute to the firm's growth.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
