Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Finance Director and senior stakeholders to drive business change and improvements, ensuring consistency and standardisation in approach.
  • Implement performance frameworks across the business, focusing on multi-functional collaboration to drive strategy, operational performance, and improvement plans.
  • Support the wider business on change programmes, ensuring clear outcomes and continuous improvement plans.
  • Work with the Sales and Operations function, supporting the Finance Director in integration activities and acting as a conduit into the core finance team.
  • Engage cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, managers, and budget holders to drive business change and improvements.
  • Challenge and due diligence on new business activity to enable approval of pricing proposals and delivery of the business strategy.
  • Provide support to Operations Directors and Senior Managers to drive performance improvement.
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of long-term complex programmes/projects
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing company and/or large PLC environment
  • Experience in establishing and driving programme performance through integrated teams
