We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist multi-disciplinary team members in the delivery of care and treatment to individuals using our services.
- Undertake practical procedures under the supervision of trained nursing staff.
- Communicate effectively with individuals using our services, taking into account any communication difficulties they may have.
- Form and maintain therapeutic relationships with individuals and other professionals and agencies.
- Maintain accurate and complete records consistent with legislation, policies, and procedures.
