Digital Content Editor

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Digital Editor to join our Medicine and Health team, working on our Digital Hubs. As a key member of the editorial team, you will support content production, development, and promotion, ensuring the quality and consistency of our online resources.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Editor in planning and delivering web content, maintaining the value proposition of Bioanalysis Zone to online customers.
- Effectively produce or commission content, including news, interviews, articles, and multimedia features, with timely upload to the site.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring shares, interactions, and growth.
- Support the Senior Editor in the effective execution of content strategy, aligning with business and development priorities.
- Develop key contacts in the field to support content production and product growth.
- Education to degree level in life sciences, biochemistry, or chemistry.
- Relevant experience in publishing, medical communications, content production, or journalism.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creativity, a genuine curiosity for the industry, and experience with problem-solving.
- Experience with podcast production and editing is desirable.
