About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Quality and Safety Manager to join our team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust quality and safety strategy that aligns with our company's values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality and safety input to the local business strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive initiatives to improve quality and safety performance, leveraging the Nestle Continuous Excellence mindset.
- Establish and maintain a quality and safety network, aligned with the operational plan.
- Manage and comply with HR and Line Manager's Planning Cycle.
- Ensure consistent application of the company's quality, safety, and health policy, Nestle, and Nespresso instructions.
- Lead the Management Review of Quality and Safety.
- Ensure the Integrated Management System is up-to-date and reviewed for continuous improvement.
- Accurate and timely reporting on Safety and Health matters.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting, including to compliance-related partners.
- Ensure Nespresso UK & I compliance with local Food Safety and H&S legislation.
- Ensure the Nespresso Integrated Management System (IMS) is consistently aligned with HQ and communicated in the market/hub, considering local adaptations.
- Ensure the Nespresso IMS is regularly updated and reviewed for continuous improvement.
- Be the Process Owner for particular Quality processes.
Requirements
- Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Auditor training (Internal/Lead Auditor ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO).
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (we may consider working towards).
- Membership of a professional body (i.e., IOSH).
- Business experience in a similar industry.
- Management exposure across several functions.
- Budget Management.
- Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated capability to implement projects and change management.
- Demonstrated management capability, including ability to coach, engage, and influence.
