Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Specialist to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a Civil Engineer Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a wide range of new build nuclear projects, including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMRs, and future fusion technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake and/or review the design of new building structures.
  • Work collaboratively from our offices and across our client sites to understand clients' needs and deliver to time, cost, and quality.
  • Develop technical proficiency in civil-structural engineering.
  • Contribute to world-renowned projects and utilize best-in-class digital technology.
  • Innovate on projects, inspire colleagues, and impress clients.

Requirements:

  • Relevant level of professional experience in civil-structural design and analysis (steelwork and/or reinforced concrete), research and development, project engineering, or design consultancy.
  • Chartered with a recognized civil or structural engineering institution (IStructE, ICE, or other).
