We are seeking a talented Graduate Engineer to join our team at a highly successful engineering company based in Northern Ireland. As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate in mechanical engineering to kick-start their career. You will be involved in a variety of projects, including engineer design, continuous improvement, and manufacturing engineering. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge, and you will have the opportunity to specialize in a particular area of engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engineering solutions to meet business needs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and lead times
  • Work on manufacturing engineering projects to improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new ideas
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in mechanical engineering
  • Good working knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
  • Desirable: completion of a placement year or relevant work experience
