Vallum Associates is a leading consultancy seeking an Environmental Sustainability Expert to join our team. This role will focus on ensuring environmental regulatory compliance across Renewables Projects within the UK.

The successful candidate will support the Environmental Systems Manager in maintaining regulatory compliance and conformity with ISO14001 environmental management system. They will also be responsible for sustaining and improving standards, as well as preparing additional site certification aligned to company expansion and growth.

This challenging role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile Renewable Energy projects and make a significant impact on the environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing compliance with local Environmental legislation, permits, and consents
  • Utilizing in-depth knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO50001 to drive sustainability initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Contributing to the development of innovative solutions to complex environmental challenges

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in environmental sustainability. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects
  • Proven track record of managing environmental compliance and driving sustainability initiatives

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
