About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead critical product integration work streams. As a key member of our team, you will guide complex systems to ensure they are safely and effectively integrated across the full submarine platform lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on SSNA product integration, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and contractual standards.
  • Apply engineering tools and innovative processes to develop efficient solutions within project guidelines.
  • Define and oversee Whole Boat Design policies and standards, playing a hands-on role in design and build phases.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure systems integration meets all safety and compliance benchmarks.
  • Lead technical reviews and integration assessments to maintain the highest standards of product delivery.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Systems Engineering principles and lifecycle management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, effectively navigating cross-functional and organisational boundaries.
