G2 Legal is seeking a highly skilled Planning Solicitor to join our London office. As a key member of our commercial property team, you will provide expert planning advice to our clients, including statutory agreements, planning-related due diligence, and property acquisition.

About the Role:

  • Provide planning advice to clients on statutory agreements, planning-related due diligence, and property acquisition.
  • Work closely with our commercial property team to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in planning law and regulations, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE.
  • Extensive experience in Planning Law, gained at a Central London or strong regional firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
