We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Delivery Driver to join our logistics team in Sale, United Kingdom.

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience

Role Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and safety-conscious driver to work with a leading logistics company. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and deliver goods to customers, adhering to delivery schedules and time management principles.
• Load and unload goods, handling items carefully to prevent damage.
• Follow delivery routes accurately, maintaining a high level of organizational skills.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, adhering to road safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues.
• Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately, meeting company standards.

Requirements

• Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities, with a strong focus on teamwork.
• Ability to handle and lift heavy items, with a physical fitness level that meets the demands of the role.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
