We are Pitkin & Ruddock, a specialist temperature control solutions provider in the East Anglia region and across the UK. With over 60 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality temperature control solutions, services, and maintenance to all our customers.

We are currently seeking an experienced Refrigeration Specialist to join our team based in Bishop's Stortford. This role involves working closely with our sales and management team to generate new and existing business as our technical sales presence.

The ideal candidate will have a background in refrigeration and air conditioning, and will be responsible for managing projects from enquiry to completion.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Liaise with engineers, sub-contractors, and colleagues to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and improve quality assurance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
