Statistician (Healthcare Economics) Opportunity

An exciting chance to work as a Statistician, focusing on Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) projects with Evidencia Scientific Search and Selection Limited. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to various stages of projects, including quality control, team training, and developing innovative technology and advanced methods capabilities.

Project Highlights:

  • Analysis of clinical trial data for health economic modeling
  • Evidence synthesis projects, including indirect treatment comparisons
  • Real-world evidence studies using electronic healthcare records, registries, biobanks, and databases

Your Role: As a Statistician, you will be involved in a diverse range of projects, covering both client and non-client work. You will be responsible for applying your statistical expertise to the analysis of clinical trial data and real-world data, and contributing to the development of innovative technology and advanced methods capabilities.

Requirements:

  • MSc/PhD in a relevant field (health, statistics, mathematics, economics, etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience in a statistical role, with consultancy experience preferable
  • An excellent grounding in relevant methods and analytical best practice with demonstrated experience in conceptualising and delivering previous studies and projects
  • Experience of analysing patient-level data from clinical trials and using survival analysis methods is desirable
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and be highly competent in the use of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Programming experience in R or Python is highly desirable, but not essential
