Low Intensity CBT Therapist

Vita Health Group is seeking a skilled and empathetic Low Intensity CBT Therapist to join our Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies service. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality care to individuals struggling with anxiety and depression.
About the Role
- You will work closely with experienced supervisors and a motivated team of mental health professionals to deliver evidence-based treatment plans.
- A typical working week includes 4 days of clinical practice with the service and 1 day attending university, where you will participate in face-to-face training and academic assessments.
- Candidates must be able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate client records.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, client-centred low-intensity CBT interventions as part of our Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain accurate client records and treatment plans.
- Participate in regular supervision sessions to ensure ongoing professional development and best practice.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess at least three GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including English and Maths or Statistics.
- A minimum of one passed A level study or equivalent Level 3 qualifications may also be considered.
- Candidates must demonstrate ability to perform at academic Level 6 and have evidence of at least one year's working experience in settings with high exposure to people with mental health difficulties.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
