Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Team Leader to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our Accounts Assistants, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and oversee the work of Accounts Assistants to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist in the allocation of work within the team to meet deadlines and targets
  • Perform various operational and financial reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Manage the sales ledger, credit control, purchase ledger, and payment runs to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Deal with inter-company recharges and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Provide support to the Accounts Assistants with day-to-day queries from suppliers, customers, and management
  • Assist with the processing of invoices, payments, journals, and general accounting transactions as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an accounts team is required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Previous supervisory experience is desirable
