Job Title: Café Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team at CBRE (Henrietta House). As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our café areas, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet all clients with a warm and welcoming smile, providing personalized service and developing a rapport with regular customers.
  • Team Management: Allocate duties, organize staff productively, and ensure staff achieve the required company standards.
  • Coffee Service: Ensure all coffee machines are running efficiently and producing excellent coffee, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Stock Management: Assist with monthly stock takes using the Caternet system and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Health and Safety: Carry out duties related to environmental sustainability and social responsibility, such as waste audits, recycling, and responsible water and energy use.
