Quality Assurance Executive, Product Integrity (12m FTC)

At Gymshark Gymshark Limited, we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Executive, Product Integrity to join our team. This 12-month fixed-term contract role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your quality control expertise in the apparel industry.

As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will collaborate with our Quality Assurance Manager to drive product integrity from development to production. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our sporting apparel meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough risk assessments with suppliers and development teams to mitigate or resolve product risks.
  • Ensuring clarity between GS and suppliers to prevent quality issues.
  • Managing bulk validation and testing of raw materials to meet GS standards for performance and quality.
  • Identifying critical manufacturing operations requiring quality checks and additional attention during production.
  • Managing and resolving quality claims, implementing corrective actions, and integrating learnings into the development process.

Requirements include:

  • A bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and quality control processes.
  • Expertise in athletic apparel testing, fabric testing, and evaluating test reports.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
