Main Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities
  • Protect people and the environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing sustainable practices.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the plant, including cost, labor, and material productivity, and gross margin.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant or operations management within the manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and implement strategic plans to drive plant performance, optimize processes, and achieve operational goals.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
