We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Digital Research Technical Professional Skills NetworkPlus initiative. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in bringing together disciplines, sectors, and domains to address cross-cutting challenges related to digital research technical professional skills and careers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and coordination for the network, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing among members.
- Seed innovative ways of working and catalyze learning, capability, and capacity for digital research technical professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to support cross-discipline and cross-domain communities and collaborations with other UK organizations.
- Work closely with research technical professionals, including research software engineers, involved in the delivery of digital research infrastructure.
- Ensure that all applications meet the eligibility criteria and adhere to UKRI funding guidelines.
- Must be based at a UK research organization eligible for UKRI funding.
- Must support cross-discipline and cross-domain communities and collaborations with other UK organizations.
- Must welcome applications led by research technical professionals, including research software engineers, involved in the delivery of digital research infrastructure.
- Must be able to work effectively with international collaborators and project partners.
