**Job Title:** Mentorship Coordinator

**Location:** Tower Hamlets, London

**Salary:** £90-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mentorship Coordinator to join our team at GSL Education. As a key member of our team, you'll provide guidance and support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with students to understand their needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement tailored mentorship plans to address student challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide comprehensive support to students.
• Address conflicts and promote harmony among students, teachers, and parents.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.

About You:

• A genuine passion for supporting young people and promoting their well-being.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in mentoring, youth work, or a related field is an advantage.
• A flexible approach to working within a dynamic school environment.
