Job Title: Lead Mixologist

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Lead Mixologist to join our luxury boutique hotel in Bath. As a key member of the beverage team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing bar operations, training and supervising bartending staff, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

About the Role:

• Oversee and manage the bar operations, including inventory management and supply ordering
• Train, supervise, and schedule bartending staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality drinks
• Promote and implement cocktail menus that showcase your creativity and expertise
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender or lead mixologist in a similar environment
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, with a focus on creating unique and innovative cocktails
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to manage a team and maintain high standards of service and quality
