Key Responsibilities



We are seeking a highly skilled ESOL Educator to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges. As an ESOL Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students of English as a second language.



Main Responsibilities





  • Deliver a teaching program for ESOL Pre-Entry to Level 1 classes

  • Contribute to the development of the ESOL curriculum

  • Conduct initial assessments and enrolment duties

  • Assess student progress and prepare reports

  • Maintain accurate records and monitor student attendance

  • Promote student morale and discipline

  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop effective teaching and learning strategies

  • Participate in the College's appraisal and performance management process

  • Stay up-to-date in relevant areas of professional expertise

  • Perform any other duties as required
