Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled ESOL Educator to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges. As an ESOL Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students of English as a second language.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver a teaching program for ESOL Pre-Entry to Level 1 classes
- Contribute to the development of the ESOL curriculum
- Conduct initial assessments and enrolment duties
- Assess student progress and prepare reports
- Maintain accurate records and monitor student attendance
- Promote student morale and discipline
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop effective teaching and learning strategies
- Participate in the College's appraisal and performance management process
- Stay up-to-date in relevant areas of professional expertise
- Perform any other duties as required
