About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Project Manager & Copywriter to join our Branded Content Team at Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously, shaping engaging copy for online audiences, and understanding the importance of a seamless user journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Craft compelling commercial copy for a range of digital platforms, including online competition pages, quizzes, newsletters, and more.
  • Work closely with our commercial team to ensure the client brand shines through in the content we produce, while maintaining the Global brand identity.
  • Develop imaginative copy and adapt your tone of voice/writing style depending on the project.
  • Monitor campaign performance, reporting on page stats using platforms such as Google Analytics/GA4.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, working closely with the wider Branded Content team, Editorial, Programming, Commercial Design, and Partnerships teams.

Requirements

  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage your own time and prioritize workloads.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience delivering and/or project managing digital content, including working as part of an editorial, CRM, or digital team, as a copywriter, or within a marketing, publisher, or agency environment.
  • Experience working in a hybrid role, with a great knowledge of and passion for all things digital (digital media/social media platforms and trends).
  • Relationship building skills, with the ability to work with a hugely passionate and supportive team.
  • Punctuality and self-motivation are essential.
