Job Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Vocational Qualifications Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and developing the skills of our learners in the automotive accident repair sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support learners in achieving their Modern Apprenticeships and SVQs
  2. Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback
  3. Liaise with businesses to support the onboarding process of new employees
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners

Requirements:

  1. Industrial experience in Vehicle Body Repair and Vehicle Paint Refinishing
  2. Knowledge of national occupational standards
  3. Ability to work to strict deadlines
  4. Qualification in an appropriate field (HNC, Modern Apprenticeship, or SVQ level 3)
