Job Title:

Accounts Administrator

Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire

Salary: £24,000-£25,000 per annum depending on experience

About the Role:

As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the finance team and assisting with various accounting and administrative duties. Your keen eye for detail and solid understanding of financial processes will make you a valuable asset to our team.

  • Raising orders and invoices
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Handling employee expenses and ensuring proper record keeping
  • Responding to queries from suppliers, clients, and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems for financial documents
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
